STEP-1:
 To change paytm password.Just follow these simple steps:

  • Open paytm and go to your profile section on the bottom of your page.
  • Click on Forgot passsword on the login page.
  • Enter the OTP(One Time Password) sent to your mobile number and click on submit. 


STEP-2:
To reset your password,You can also dial to 0120 388 8388 number from your registered mobile number only.
  • The paytm customer care talks to you..
  • After few seconds you will get a message with a reset password link.
  • If you click on that link,you will be asked a query that 'did someone ask you to change password?'
  • Click yes/no and proceed further.   


REMEMBER: Paytm always informs its customers to never share your CVV,PIN,OTP or Password with anyone,even if the caller claims to be a paytm employee.Using these details anyone can take away all your money from your paytm account.
