How to connect and use shareit on Windows

As we all know that SHAREit is a file sharing tool. I share my files or any other data from my mobile to my pc whenever I don’t have a USB pen drive or a data cable. So I connect my android device to the Shareit which is installed in my PC. To transfer and share files to your PC, first you need to install Shareit on your PC.

Please note that the SHAREit version you install for PC must be v4.0 or above. So it’s better to download the latest version of SHAREit.

There are also other ways to transfer using shareit.You can also connect to PC to PC. In this section, I'm going to describe you one of the way. So, just follow these simple steps:

1)Open Shareit on Windows PC.



2)Now open Shareit app from your phone.
    In the upright corner you can see small squared boxes(red marked), click on it,   the following page is seen.





3)Click on Connect PC. Shareit scans for sometime to connect to PC.

4)From your mobile, click on the device icon to connect with PC. As you can see in my first picture of my PC SHAREit, the icon named 'g' is visible to you at the bottom left corner.

5)Enter password to connect(which you have set while you installed shareit on your PC).If you forget the password, no need to worry about it. You can just see on the Windows Shareit.




6)Now you can share your files.

Requirement for file sharing using  SHAREit:

Your PC or Computer and smart phone must be connected to the same wireless network. For this you need to have a router on your PC so that the two devices are connected to the same network.
